Where we reasonably believe that you are or may be in breach of any of the laws of England or Wales e.g. because content you have posted may be defamatory, BankTalk may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your employer, e-mail/Internet provider or law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

Users under age 18

All users warrant that they are 18 years of age or older. We accept no responsibility where a user claims to be 18 or older but is in fact not.

Length of time that personal information is held

We will hold your personal information for as long as required by the relevant service.

Once you have closed your account, any personal information will be retained by us but noted accordingly. Any contributions you have made such as to the forum will remain on the forum unless we are specifically asked in writing to remove it.

Access to the personal information we hold

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We will charge £10 for an information request and require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.
